Data Excellence Stage

Submit your work for the opportunity to present at WAICF 2027

Every AI strategy is only as strong as the data underneath it.

Our Data Excellence Track explores the foundations that enable scalable, enterprise-ready AI systems. It focuses on how organizations structure, govern, manage, and operationalize data to power AI, LLMs, and intelligent systems at scale.

We're looking for practitioner-led sessions that showcase AI-ready infrastructure - including data platforms, quality, governance, lineage, orchestration, and observability - with measurable impact and actionable insights for enterprise teams.

Successful submissions will be selected based on the quality and relevance of both the proposed session and the expertise of the presenter.

What We're Looking For in Your Proposal

We are looking for detailed session proposals grounded in real work, original research or hands-on implementation.

The Data Excellence stage is where practitioners share what they have actually built, deployed and learned, with an audience of peers who are navigating the same challenges.

Your proposal should outline a specific piece of work, case study, research or technical approach that you would present on stage.

We review each submission to assess both the quality and relevance of the proposed session and the suitability of the person behind it to present it to a senior European audience of 7,500+ AI leaders.

Submission Guidelines

  • Proposals must be for original work not previously presented at a major conference.
  • Full supporting material may be requested at a later stage.
  • Presenters must be available to present in person at WAICF 2027 on 10 or 11 February in Cannes.
  • Submissions should be vendor-neutral — case studies may reference technology partners but the proposal should not be primarily promotional.
